We should advocate that party members and cadres take the lead in reading, continue to hold the theme reading activities of “strengthening quality and setting an example” for central and state organs, establish and improve the reading and learning system for party members and cadres, stimulate the enthusiasm of party members and cadres for reading and learning, and lead the unit, system, and region to promote the trend of reading. Make full use of various reading facilities such as rural libraries, community libraries, and staff libraries to carry out various forms of grassroots reading activities. Carry out bookish military camp activities to serve the construction of a strong military. Improve the recommendation mechanism for bookish homes, bookish towns (towns, streets), and bookish counties (cities), give full play to the leading and exemplary role of typical examples, and showcase the reading tradition and style of grassroots people.
