Make full use of public libraries, rural libraries, community libraries, staff libraries and other public reading facilities to carry out various forms of reading activities.

Actively promote the construction of new reading spaces such as urban book bars, community bookstores, and staff bookstores. Strongly support the development of physical bookstores, forming a development pattern of physical bookstores with reasonable layout, complete functions, prominent main businesses, and diversified operations. Accelerate the construction of public digital reading platforms.
